At “kop noch staart” you can stay from 1 up to 2 people in a renovated old barn near Antwerp for a minimum of 30 nights. There is one bedroom with a unique double bunk bed. We have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spacious cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen. All together it is 87m². The entire space is wheelchair accessible. Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Direct debit at the address is not possible.

Our prices (minimum 30 nights):

  • Nightly price 1st month (30 nights): 55 euros per night (1650 euros for 30 nights)
  • Nightly price from 2nd month (31 to 60 nights): 50 euros per night (1500 euros for 30 nights)
  • Nightly price from 3rd month (61 to 92 nights): 48 euros per night (1440 euros for 30 nights)

  1. We require a deposit of 450 euros for every booking.

  2. The first 30 nights are paid within 7 days of requesting the booking (together with the deposit). For every additional 30 nights we will prepare a new invoice 7 days before the next term.

  3. WIFI is included in the price. Gas, electricity and water are not included. The amount of energy and water will be charged on the next invoice every month. The amount of the last month will be deducted from the deposit afterwards. (The building is energy efficient with an EPC A label E46, modern economical appliances. The current prices will be communicated with the booking request. The toilet runs on free rainwater.)

  4. Invoice for professional customers possible. Always 6% VAT, included in the price.

  5. Children are welcome. Keep in mind that you will sleep together in 1 room. The bunk bed is not suitable for children under the age of 6 and the home is also not adapted for small "explorers". There is play equipment in the garden, but this is in the private area of ​​the owners, so they are not accessible.

  6. Preparing the room and final cleaning are included. We ask that you leave the kitchen (with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher) clean when you leave. If the room is left "filthy" and we have to work more hours than the standard cleaning time, we can deduct 50 euros per additional working hour started from the deposit to be refunded. If equipment has to be rented to remove dirt or paint has to be purchased to repair damage, we can also charge this by deducting from the deposit.
